Shipping & Returns

 

All Maison Matuska pieces are produced in small quantities or made to order in Portugal.

 

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for preparation and dispatch depending on the selected fabric and availability.

 

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and courier services. Returns are accepted only for unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

 

Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of certain pieces, some orders may not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by the destination country.
